Melbourne based punk/noise/doom two piece OX are a blast. The band has been playing around the local circuit steadily since 2012 developing a following with their massive, raw sound created by the bass and drums outfit. In 2013 they released their self-titled debut EP riddled with heavy fuzz, hard hits and raspy vocals. The EP was recorded at the iconic Soundpark Studios in Northcote and produced by Robbie Adams (Kamikaze Trio, High Fangs, Kids of Zoo). The band scored the unearthed feature artist slot and soon gained national credit with the help of Triple J and Melbourne Community Radio thanks to their track ‘Bloodnose’. Be sure not to miss out on this duo’s solid live show and keep your ears out for their follow up release.
