Paddockmen are a Hobart-based supergroup who gather in former community halls in the northern suburbs and improvise entire albums. Their music has been described as a dark, heady and boozy wave of guitar-fuelled literary genius. The band is comprised almost entirely of health professionals, bureaucrats and writers.
