Papa Fire (aka D.A. Carter) is a proudly independent & DIY-AF muso and street performer from Sydney’s inner west. He’s toured 13 countries; playing interactive sets wherever - clubs, pubs, warehouses, train carriages, art musuems, theatres - from Tokyo, Berlin, & New York, to the Center Camp Stage of Burning Man, and closer to home at Oxford Arts, Sydney Theatre, and Subsonic, Dragon Dreaming, & National Young Writers Festivals. Earlier this year, the Burnt Perfect record crowdfund & “Firie Fundraiser” show raised more than $4,000, donated directly to the families of firies.
