Paper Daisies are a country-pop duo from the Gold Coast (Yugumbeh Country), crafting music that sits somewhere between the feeling of the open road and the lingering haze of golden hour. Think shimmering pop hooks with the kind of country soul that settles deep in your chest, held together by two voices made to harmonise — and stories that aren’t afraid to make you feel something. Drawing influence from artists like Kacey Musgraves, Jewel, and Fleetwood Mac, their songs feel lived in and effortless, their storytelling somehow nostalgic and timeless all at once. Warm, wistful, and made to linger. Their debut single Heartbreakin’ Cowboy earned acclaim from ABC Country as “the chorus of the year” and topped the AMRAP Indie Alternative Play chart, while their new single Bonnie arrives as their next bold step. Warm, wistful, and effortless — consider this your introduction to your new favourite duo.
