Paralysed Age are a gothic rock and darkwave-band from Northern Germany who were founded in 1991. The music of Paralysed Age clearly has influences from the post-punk and new wave era. Their songs often deal with vampires or other “creatures of the night”. Descriptions of fears and nightmares, inspired by Edgar Allan Poe and Bram Stoker rule the music.
