'Parislane' are Brisbane based Twin Duo Andy and Steve Mackay. The Brothers have both been involved in playing music for nearly 20 years. Working on solo projects as well as collaborating. Early influences were eclectic and included silverchair, John Farnham, Steve Camp and Harry Connick jnr, Dream Theatre, Rage against the Machine and more. As a result their first rock and roll attemps usually evolved into a very busy compostition of heavy jazz rock. Having played in may bands over the years Both Steve and andy have swapped roles on a number of occasions. Some of those band include Bloated Toad, Hi-Octane, Kilt and then Nagasaki. Releasing a single 'Stand' and EP 'Sound Doctrine' Andy and Steve embarked on a national tour of Australia whilst continuing music studies. After Nagasaki ended with other band members deciding on different career path. Andy and Steve formed the band Coma heavily influenced by Rage against the machine.
