18 year old Gold Coast singer/songwriter Sam Lethbridge (Parker) is on a cranking seaside ride. His snappy tunes combine pop, rock and surfside with a dash of teen angst. Writing and producing his own tracks since he was 14. MDDN Records based in L.A. are now on board with his music. So great! Recently jumping into playing live around the Gold Coast with a great group of lads, Parker is having a blast.

I'm Tash Parker (PARKER) a multidisciplinary artist and musician living and working in lutruwita/Tasmania, Australia. I make electronic pop music, ambient records and country folk pop with my other band Runaway Belles. I’ve also made a dark synth pop record with a band called FM-2030. I’m a fierce advocate for women in the arts/music and women in music production and film making. In the past the music video's I've made with friends for my songs have won awards and prizes including at the NY Film Awards, LA Film Awards, Melbourne Short Film Festival and Best Concept at Clipped Music Video Awards. I recently released an EP called For You xoxo and played Party In The Paddock.

Parker eventuated from various encounters of like-minded individuals, whether it was due to inebriated anecdotes of school days shared over a few drinks in a pub, or a discussion between friends culminating in the realisation that they share the same love of music. Finding each other through the communicative power of the grapevine and the pleasant, yet sometimes maligned nature of networking, whatever chance encounter occurred, it has led to the birth of Parker. Their influences vary greatly from the sublime guitar pop of Britain, to the grittier anthemic sounds of the US. Throw in the old school forefathers of the more rhythmic variety, and include some of the delights of their Australian predecessors, to arrive at a sound that is emotive and sonically charged. They enjoy listening to an eclectic array of sounds. This diversity enhances their developing nature of songwriting... their subconscious channels these influences and therefore places various snippets of audible genre,

Parker is the solo project of 15 yo Gold Coaster, Sam Lethbridge. His music has elements of Indie, Rock, Pop and Surf with a dash of teen angst. Loves the thrill of collaboration.
