I’m an Australian composer, producer, and researcher working across experimental electronic and ambient music. I hold a PhD in electroacoustic composition from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, where my research explored new approaches to musical narrative through electronic sound – specifically focusing on drama and tension in music. My work brings together contemporary electronic production with the exploratory traditions of electroacoustic and art music, with a focus on texture, timbre, and long-form composition. I originally emerged through writing solely electronic dance music, before developing a more experimental practice centred on improvisation, sound design, and immersive electronic composition. Alongside my artistic practice, I am also a University lecturer and researcher in music, culture, technology, and creativity.
