Pelorus is the electronic project of Leon van Dijk. Leon is an 18 year old multi-instrumentalist/producer from Wellington, New Zealand. His music has been described as downtempo electronic and compared to Chet Faker and James Blake

Pelorus is a four-piece rock band based in Melbourne. It was established when three mates from Brisbane collided in Melbourne to make uncompromising groove-driven rock, and reached boiling point with a drummer that shares their passion for igniting something new. Pelorus' self-titled EP was launched in early 2015. Their music, featuring bold rock riffs and catchy melodies, has been likened to Soundgarden, Led Zeppelin, and Black Sabbath, with vocals reminiscent of Heart.
