The newly formed Indie Electrionic duo ‘Pèt Nat’ composed of songstress Jazz Barry and producer/instrumentalist James Chave-Dubois (Islandis, New Navy) were born on the South Coast of NSW late 2019. The pairs debut 'Thin Skin' is poetically landscaped to take you on a journey start to finish with lively atmospherics, contagiously smooth vocals with a sense of a french romance. Written amid 2020’s Australian bushfires which saw Chave-Dubois’s home studio turned to ash just one week into the production was all the momentum the debut needed to be born. With hard drives saved the pair found time in all the chaos to track vocals amongst taking refuge in evacuation accommodation. Mixed by Gerard Sidhu (Strange Talk) Mastered by Alex Gopher (Phoenix, AIR, Digitalism)
