Philosophy Of Sound is the nu-disco/electro/funk production duo of Martin K and John Salmon launching the release of their ‘Freedom, What For?’ single off the forthcoming EP ‘Fragile Disco’. Melbourne philosopher turned music producer (originally hailing from Poland), Martin K has spent the last few years producing music videos, film soundtracks, podcasts and working in close collaboration with various international electronic and dance artists. Finalist for The International Songwriting Competition’s Dance category 2009, Martin K’s previous project Koshowko received commercial acclaim for releases on such labels as Clan Analogue and Las Machinas. Taking in the Australian festivals circuit playing Electundra, St Kilda Festival, Renaissance Festival and Opoeia Festival, Koshowko also entered the global Dance scene with touring to Germany and the inclusion of their music in a selection of film and music video festivals across the globe.
