Pisces Syndrome hail from Brisbane, Australia and play blues-based-indie-rock music, but don’t mind cross-pollinating a few genres and heading off on a few tangents along the way. The members of the band have many different influences thrown into the mix, and the resulting tracks should appeal to a wide cross section of listeners, Sometimes soaring, sometimes howling vocals are performed by Luke Hobbs, who also plays rhythm guitar. On the lap steel & lead guitar is Matt Newton, who is also credited with some pretty mean blues harp on the album. The rhythm section keeps the show rolling with Shane Tapp handling the fretwork on bass and Craig Mosely thumping out the beats on the kit. Pisces Syndrome’have just released their self titled debut album and it is AVAILABLE NOW ON iTUNES
