PLANET FICTION; Meaning: to be in a state of euphoria (high), a fictional planet or our very own Earth when it all feels fake! They are a 4 piece Prog/rock/post-hardcore band from Brisbane, Queensland. Through the ashes of broken bands and evaporated drummers, their current line-up comprising of Adam Stewart (vocals), Matt Lind (Guitar), Gareth Sykes (bass) and Michael Simmons (drums), have been playing together for around 3 years and they don't intend on giving up any time soon. Planet Fiction finished up and released their first EP 'Owned' in early 2013. Owned was recorded at Audiosapien recording studios with the wonderfully foul mouthed Tom Fodor at the helm and mastered by Kris Crummet at Interlace audio. With their powers combined, they have enabled this recording to capture Planet Fiction’s live, raw energy really well. Planet Fiction are always writing and will be hitting the studio again in the coming months to bring you something brand-spanking new. They pride themselves
