Stuck somewhere between 00's post-hardcore and modern alternative rock, Plovers build catchy songs made from violent, splintered punk energy. With a knack for acerbic politically-charged storytelling and an ear for seamlessly weaving melody and fury together as one, Plovers sound like absolutely nobody but themselves. New single Think Again is a groovy, call-and-response post-punk stomp that's as catchy as it is political. It's the type of anti-capitalist protest song that channels the vocal ire of Rage Against the Machine into a dance-punk anthem, and it's the third single from their forthcoming debut full-length record “Fear the Man Who Hides in Light”, which will be self-released in digital and physical formats in August 2024.
