Hi, I'm Pop 🎧 I'm a Doctoral Candidate in Musicology, freelance writer, and content creator on Twitch and YouTube. I do research on the use of Black music in popular media/geek culture (e.g. social media memes, anime, video games, television, film, etc.). I enjoy making content, playing/teaching music, writing, and making my supporters happy!
