Positive Wisdom Serpent is an Alternative-Folk outfit with a deviant punk undertones. Their stripped-down lineup utilizes the bass for its melody and the guitar for its crudeness. 80 percent of their music is about heartbreak, approximately 90 percent of the time. They draw inspiration from beachfront hotels, New York Times articles and nationally televised floods.
