Living the dream... Dreaming to live

With major influences that range from BB-King, John Lee Hooker & Jimi Hendrix right through to Stevie Wonder and Pink Floyd. I was amazingly lucky enough to be able to play with and learn from some exceptional international and local musicians. Now i Busk on the streets of Brisbane to earn a crust.

On paper, Sydney four-piece Professor shouldn’t work, in practice however, it’s a wonder why they didn’t happen sooner. Fronted by a classically trained singer who met a jazz drummer by chance, Professor’s influences span a broad spectrum. While this might leave some music journalists scratching their heads, it’s doing wonders for the band who have shape shifted their way through support slots for many local favourites, including Ball Park Music. “Professor make room for groovy drums and sly guitar work...” – Music Feeds “Professor reminds me Le Butcherettes with Omar Rodriguez from The Mars Volta.” – Get Shot Magazine “Professor know what they're doing - listen up and take lessons” – M.A.S This band will return to the studio in March to record 2 singles to be produced by Richard Belkner at Free Energy Device Studios.
