In an era of conveyor belt pop and one hit wonders, a rock’n’roll act that makes you want to close your eyes and feel the music, all while stomping your feet and singing out loud, is a joyous reminder of what music can and should be. Formed in 2003, QLC’s two EP’s, their self titled debut (2005) and critically acclaimed follow-up ‘A Well Told Myth’ (2007), have earned them a passionate following in the thriving Melbourne music scene. A finalist alongside The Vasco Era and The Roys in the 2006 Indie Initiative, QLC went on to support the likes of You Am I and Evermore, cementing their reputation as an outstanding live act with well received performances to packed houses around Victoria.
