Giving up isn't really in Quaid's vocabulary. Rising from the ashes of their respective punk, folk and metal bands, Quaid emerged out of necessity. They play music because it is who they are. Coming from vastly different backgrounds, the whole is definitely more than the parts when it comes to Quaid. "We just want everyone to have as much fun as we do", vocalist Brad explains."We can't play sports, we don't have hobbies. Music is what we do...it makes us who we are." Taking lyrical influence from bands like Crash of Rhinos, Hey Mercedes and Mineral and melding it with a harder punk melody, Quaid is the kind of band you never knew you were missing in your life. With a solid set, ready to be shared with the world, Quaid are here to show everyone how much fun live music should be.
