From the coastal side of Western Australia comes a diverse and refreshing artist blending the cadence and acoustic-feel of his singer-songwriter roots with sounds of current hip-hop productions, like Brockhampton, and blackbear. Quiet Frankie uses this transition from singer to rapper to become a diverse and capable songwriter and vocal performer, with a unique sound that draws comparison to genre-defining contemporary artists Frank Ocean and Powfu, but with an added ‘folk’ element that sets him apart from the crowd, thanks to his guitar-derived musical upbringing. Quiet Frankie is the kind of artist who could bring you ballads reminiscent of poetic acts like Passenger, and then get the crowd bouncing in the next song like a Juice Wrld show.
