Edit history

I am a 24-year old singer-songwriter from Sydney. My songwriting career began at the age of five years, around the time I started learning the piano. At first, my compositions were little tunes made up to impress my piano teacher, but as I learned to play better, my writing took on the flavour of Australian art music. It wasn't until I finished school that I wrote songs with lyrics. Gradually, I've moved away from classical piano to more of a pop sound; though there are elements of a number of styles in my songs, such as folk, country, blues, jazz and soul. Recently, I recorded twelve songs written over the past six years. The songs are about my experience of growing up; learning about love, sadness and spiritual things. I want to become a professional songwriter and record my own songs for commercial release.
