Edit history

Radnicka Klasa ("Working Class") is a Serbian punk rock band from Melbourne, Australia. The sound of Radnicka Klasa is a mixture of melodic and hardcore old school punk and rock, heavily influenced by such bands from former Yugoslavia. After playing a few gigs as a cover band back in 2000, we wrote some originals and through 92 BOOM Promotions recorded a demo CD April 01 and played numerous gigs in Melbourne, as well as Sydney and Adelaide. The following year a new EP was self-released, called Istina(The Truth). The band supported the Anarchy Bookshop "Barricade" fundraiser gig, as well as a number of Aussie punk bands, playing in venues such as Dream, The Espy, Evolution, Exchange etc. In late 2006, after opening for Riblja Corba (SER), RK recruited a lead guitarist, and are currently working on new originals, hopefully to be released later in '07
