After years of watching the Melbourne rock scene evolve from the crowd, two best friends Jill MacLean (Vocals) and Irene Kim (Guitar) decided it was high time for them to embark on their own musical evolution. After much deliberation on the style, substance and finally the line up of the band, RAWSEXESWAR bubbled out of the primordial soup to fight for their place in the food chain of rock and roll. To assist these two women on a mission to declare their arrival, they recruited only the fittest males to give the band as good a head start in life as possible. Todd Trevor and his razor sharp lead guitar lines have been well developed with such bands as Mustang, Warped and the Lightning Strikes, Jason PC on Bass and has done time with Blood Duster and DernRutlidge and Greg Eshman has spanked skins in bands including Tumbleweed, Massappeal, Jed Whitey and Delta Reds.
