Formed in 1995 by reggae, reign of terror went through a number of line-up changes, releasing a couple of demo tapes in 1995 and 1996 to a small but committed following of metalheads around canberra and australia. In 1998 the band recorded their first CD EP and this gained them recognition around the country and further afeild as a major player in australian scene. Big support slots followed for many years with some of the biggest names in the world underground metal scene. Although the band kept playing live line-up hassles prohibited the band from further recording until 2005 when the Book of the Dead EP was released, giving the band a new lease of life and re-establishing their name around the world again
