‘BOI’ is the first taste of the bands new music since their 2016 EP ‘The Other Night’. Prepare your ears for sleazy, fuzz heavy guitars and a tongue in cheek nod to all the smashed avo loving, bearded hipsters out there. It’s also the first song they’ve recorded with new bassist, Brad Hardingham. REIKA have played sold out shows at the Workers Club and Grace Darling in Melbourne, as well as scoring multiple support slots with bands such as Northeast Party House, Last Dinosaurs and Australian treasure, Shannon Noll. While 2017 may have been a quiet year for the boys on the gig front, the Melbourne rockers have been busy in the studio and can’t wait to kick off a string of shows to finish the year.
