Repubilc Cucumber Magazine (RCM) are a fresh project created by the musicians Louis Abell Aidan Foster-graves, Louis Kakavas and Sarah Law. Inspired by the fusion of dreamy pop and dance music-esque Australian bands such Snakadaktal (disbanded), Northeast Party House and RUFUS, RCM seek to evoke an emotional experience by combining melodic dreamy guitar, soothing vocals and smooth keyboard with rhythmic ethereal drums, synth pads and enveloping bass lines. Residing in Newcastle, RCM have been pleasing crowds with their unique melodic melds in venues such as The Small Ballroom, the Cambridge and the Lass O' Gowrie, supporting bands such as Gang of Youths, and Husky. Throughout the next few months, RCM will be focusing on recording an E.P.
