Edit history

We are a Sydney-based Metalcore band that combine heavy, punchy grooves with melodic and textural overtones. Our music is ultimately about the celebration of life, the idea that this life that we all lead is further improved by confronting and working through affliction, be it at a personal or universal scale.

Starting to dabble in dance/ambient music around 4 years ago as a hobby, Resonance has decided to go public with his weird blend of Dance music and melodic/ambient tunes. He also is just about to release his first album, a full 11 track, fully mixed experience. He makes his music passionately and stubbornly in his spare time, provided he has time away from his job as an Audio Technician floating around Canberra, Australia. If you like what you hear, Tell him about it at his Facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/ResonanceOfficial

Resonance was formed mid 2012 in Geelong. We love live music, especially metal, but got frustrated with the lack of heavy thrash and decided to play the kind of music that we were craving: heavy, intense, fast, thrash metal. Our first EP was released on February 2013. We are currently in pre-production for a new EP late 2018 and potentially an album in mid 2019.
