Rock and Roll and Family Law Don't Mix… And so Rick Bondage found this out when several years ago his life in music was interrupted by the conclusion of 7 years of litigation, which resulted in the former member of Brisbane rockers LOUDHAILER becoming a full time sole custodian parent. This included being the only Australian Father to date to have gained custody in the High Court of London, having lived there for the final six months of his long drawn out case. Unable to re settle in his beloved Brisbane he returned to his family ties in North Queensland where he and his now teenage children live in comfortable exile from the Family Court and the stresses that ultimately led the flamboyant bass playing singer songwriter from the stage. Though as the liner notes on the compact disc in your possession will tell you this wasn't the end for Rick Bondage. With the help of his long time collaborator in LOUDHAILER, the mercurial David Strange, he was able to record his first solo album
