Righteous Voodoo, a seven-piece band fronted by three powerful singers all hailing from the Inner West. Their sound is forged in groove and founded in Roots music – Real music played by real musicians. The Sydney based band has had a busy couple of years sharing a stage with the likes of Stan Walker, Ms Murphy, Emily Williams and Paulini, headlining Marrickville and Dulwich Hill Festivals and the Basement and they are currently fresh off the stages of Kiama Jazz Festival and Thredbo Jazz Festival. Having cultivated a fresh, interactive and highly entertaining live show, Righteous Voodoo has now taken the next step and bunkered down in the studio to come up with their first raucous single, Bygone. The single was written and produced by the Sydney based band and mastered by American mastering virtuoso David Kutch known for his work mastering for; Bruno Mars on his break-through album ‘Unorthodox Jukebox’, Estelle on the track ‘American Boy’, Alicia Keys on the album ‘Girl on Fire’
