Like all other independent singer/songwriters who constantly ply their trade around town, Rob Hill has gathered a loyal following over the past five years and his patience and persistence has paid off with his recent CD launch at the Sydney venue "The Metro Theatre" (Transit Lounge) playing to a full house. Rob was joined on the night by his new musical brothers, a coming together of troops in the form of ‘The Rising Sons’ . This collaboration has enabled Rob to stretch out the songs to their true glory, and play them with the expression that they demand. With his debut album now firmly in hand, the next stage of the adventure will be to spread the rooty rock sounds to anyone who’ll listen on this globe, in the hope of being able to continue the passion.
