Hmm, where do I start? Nirvana, REM, The Police, Paul Kelly, Juliana Hatfield, Kiss, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Howard Jones, FooFighters, Pseudo Echo, Green Day, Blink 182, Creedance Clearwater Revival, Pink Floyd and many more..I guess I'm influenced by and learn something from everything I listen to. Then it just comes out of me in all sorts of ways..it's deep. Ha! Over the years I been told I sound a bit like a lot of the music I'm into, other times I been told I sound completely original. I was once told I sounded like Nirvana crossed with Paul Kelly. A close musical friend told me my melodies have a 'Juliana Hatfield' sort of key and tone to them. Most of the time I can't really hear what has influenced me, I only hear new and exciting music in everything around me..
