Rock is Dead is a solo project to bring back good old fashioned rock songs, as I became tired of listening to the same 30yo rock songs on commercial radio (like TripleMMM) that we’ve all heard 50 million times before. All songs are solo efforts and are originals; written, recorded, engineered, mixed, mastered by John Stuart. Self funding the recording of a band is sadly expensive and cost-prohibitive for many bands, and this solo project is to bring awareness to the difficulties faced by young musicians of today.
