I, Roland Balazs, began teaching myself the guitar when I was 15/16 and taught myself on an old acoustic guitar. I was influenced by major artists such as Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix on guitar. I began to write lyrics for songs a few months after taking up the guitar, thouigh I did not yet sing at all. I decided to attempt singing when I realised I would need to if I wanted to fit my guitar-work with my lyrics! I started singing about a year ago when I was 18. I attend singing lessons at Harmony Music in Wanneroo. After my confidence built, I started a band called "AntiBody" with a couple friends. We were a 3-piece band with me as vocalist and the occasional guitarist. We performed at Cannington show in 2006. Since then, I have decided to go solo so I can get what I really want heard, out there. I edit my own songs and record them myself at home.
