ROONI is the culmination of a passion for songwriting and production and a desperation to create something sacred. Nothing about the project is disingenuous, with the sole creator James Rooney spending countless hours crafting, writing, producing, recording and mixing; giving all his hearts into the tracks that are eventually put out. Although this is also interlaced with releases of fun electronica beats I hope you can join me on my journey, I'd love to play these songs live for you all. A Frayed Knot & Broken Trust are both extracts from the debut EP I DON'T KNOW, HERE YA GO (Out June 19) and showcase the variety of styles in the Rooni catalog. FootSlug is a beat release. Enjoy!
