SINGLE LAUNCH - FLY AWAY - Friday 16 October 2026 Rosie Meader is a Sydney-based singer, songwriter and performer whose music blends the timeless elegance of jazz with the wit and vulnerability of contemporary pop. Drawing inspiration from artists like Laufey, Sabrina Carpenter, and Astrud Gilberto, Rosie writes bold, quirky and heartfelt songs about love, life and everything in between. Her upcoming single, Fly Away, is a sun-soaked bossa nova-inspired love song that asks: What would The Girl from Ipanema sound like if she were a 25-year-old girl living in Sydney and navigating romance in 2026? The result is a nostalgic yet fresh take on jazz-pop, where summer romance meets the bittersweet reality of a relationship starting to unravel. Alongside her solo artistry, Rosie is an award-winning musical theatre writer, with credits including Everybody Loves A Wedding, Spitfire Girls The Musical and two albums with the Rosie Meader Trio.
