Rosscoe Frantz is a folk singer-songwriter based in Perth, Western Australia, whose evocative storytelling and introspective lyricism have quickly established him as a rising voice in Australia's acoustic and indie-folk scene. Having cut his teeth performing in an acoustic duo and later fronting a folk-rock band, Rosscoe has since stepped into his own as a solo artist—bringing with him the authenticity, nuance, and emotional weight that defines his sound. His recent emergence has been marked by high-profile support slots for acclaimed acts including Boy & Bear and Sarah Blasko on their Harlequin Dream 10-Year Anniversary Tour, as well as performances alongside artists such as Steph Strings, Rod Coote, Helen Shanahan & others. Rosscoe’s debut EP, Share House, is a deeply personal collection of songs exploring themes of mental health, growing up, youthful joy, and the quiet transformation that comes with age. Produced by Tim Hart (Boy & Bear), the EP blends stripped-back acoustic arrangements with lyrical candor. Drawing inspiration from artists like Hozier, Blanco White, Angie McMahon, and Damien Rice, His music serves as a mirror to the human condition—capturing the quiet victories, aching defeats, and fleeting beauty of everyday life, delivered with a sense of intimacy that feels both timeless and deeply current.
