19-year-old producer Rosso Beats is obsessed with breaking boundaries in the hip hop sphere, The bedroom-producer turned in-demand tastemaker samples the adjacent soundscapes of Trap, Rap, R&B and Drill for a thrilling escapade of danger. Moody sonics bubble and brew throughout his various offerings, red-tinged synth lines, crushing 808s and intricate drum lines cascading with sweet fire. From the immersive trap-pastels of 'Frauds' with Shogun and Rops1 to the warbly autotune phrenetics of ‘What She Wants’ with Yuneer Gainz and the drill-faithful ‘Road to Riche$’ ft. A$AP TyY, the rising producer proves that there’s no one label you can place upon him. It’s especially shown through the melodically-rich ‘Facts' featuring Dizzy Wright and Zack Gray, the equal measures of vocal balladry and hip-hop lyricism finding a synchronicity between the R&B and trap worlds; all the while managing to sound both unique and nostalgic.
