Roudy Stroudy is a “Folky Kinda Sounds…” musical project created by Kate Stroud. Honestly warm words are sung sweetly atop of her hand crafted classical guitar picking with rich harmonies and melodies that stay embedded in the mind. Playfully Whimsical in her approach to lyrical writing with the experimentation of subtle sounds to the likes of musical boxes and washing machines on spin carefully implanted among the tales painted in this auditory aesthetic journey. Having spent the bulk of 2013 studying her craft on the East Coast of Australia she is set for a summer full of escapades and adventures back home in the beautiful West.
