The Roundabouts are a 6 piece indie rock outfit from Brisbane, Australia. The bands sound reflects the varied musical tastes of the various band members from: Rock, R&B, Soul and Country Rock all underpinned by a big vocal sound. The bands lead singer is Kylie but at a various times Geoff and Paul also take on the lead vocal role. With layers of harmony and interesting vocals the band is known for a big vocal sound. Formed in 2018 it took another year to finalise the lineup just in time for Covid-19 to hit. The band has made good use of the “down-time” to work on new original material and to polish some of the old covers. Live performances comprise either a mix of covers and originals or all originals depending on the venue and crowd. The Roundabouts can be found at a growing numbers of venues around South East Queensland. Keep an eye on our social media for upcoming gigs.
