Rufus Kane Band Profile The line up of Rufus Kane is drawn from a number of Musicians ( 11 Fingers, Grogfathers, Alroy band, Up in Arms etc) who have a firm footing based in the Rock roll Blues tradition. The other foot is well and truly tapping in a Rock beat. The Sixties and Seventies chiselled out a number of Blues Rock classics which the Kaners perform and aims to both emulate and enhance those tunes. Together with a variety of 80’s and onward they are looking to create a great party/good time feel and environment that can certainly feel comfortable in the knowledge that a good time is upon them ! A recent line up change has seen a warmer edge injected into the sound which gives it greater depth. The Band is strung together by a common aim "to enjoy and make good music"! Which aint too bad, as philosophy's go.
