Rulku formed in 2012 and won the Vamp Camp songwriting competition for remote schools in the Northern Territory in August 2012. We continued writing new material and performing locally until 10th August 2013 when we won the School Band of the Year at the Natioanal Indigenous Music Awards. The NIMA performance was aired nationally on NITV and Vamp TV broadcast a two part special on the band. Currently we are shooting two music videos for release later this year.
