Runner are a five piece from Perth, Western Australia that started out with adventures in post-instrumental rock before weaving more vocal driven melodic influences into the mix. Runner's debut album "Cloud Kingdom" is now available online. Here's some nice words: "It's a sound that sits amongst the melodic post-rock of bands like Explosions In The Sky but with the added harmonics possibilities of three vocalists and the rhythmic nuance of two drummers" - Henry Andersen, X-Press, Kiss My WAMi Compilation Launch.
