Seattle-based experimental pianist/composer interested in creating installations and sprawling, hours-long soundspaces including improvisation, graphic scores, field recordings, and silence; or (conversely) small, tuneful ambient pieces. Often one of my multi-movement works will contain both sides of this dichotomy. In either case, the music entails slowing down and facing the quiet.
