Sam And The Bird is a collection of roaring vocals and multifaceted lyrical ideas mashed together to create something from the mind of all the members. Taking its roots from the acoustic instrumental music Lachlan McCarthy (Guitarist, songwriter) was busking around Sydney, this small idea has grown into an eclectic full band project involving Patrick Reuter-Town (Vocals, Guitar) and resulted in the building of an album. All songs are currently being performed by the new singer Bryn Douglas. Bryn Douglas – Vocals, Guitar Lachlan McCarthy – Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin, Lapsteel Cate Williams – Piano, Synth Garreth Clavijo – Drums & Percussion Ben Torning – Bass Guitar
