Samskara Rad continues explorations of deindividuated pop/hiphop as he returns with his latest single BIGGEST FAN: a quirky song that addresses the world of illusion and the need of love of between a fan and a social media influencers . Samskara Rad is in flux between conventional and ultimate realities as a downtempo disco groove pixelates his invitations for BIGGEST FAN to wake up and join him in a party of self-luminous awareness. The deliberate and warbling dissonance in the chorus is symbolic of how social media can convince you that the curated online self is the whole picture, ignoring the many variations of yourself that emerge throughout the day, let alone a year.
