Though usually calm and unassuming, Sarah Pink will pull you deep with her honest and intimate vocals. Whilst growing up in Wodonga, Sarah developed an affinity for a wide range of music; perhaps it is this that make her so hard to pigeonhole. Now based in Naarm/Melbourne Sarah is sharing the songs that have inspired intense feeling in the hope that you might feel it too. Mid 2021, Sarah sat at her keyboard and put pen to page, singing new words and gazing out the window as the day faded. All good things take time and her latest release ‘Head to Toe’ is no exception. Ultimately an ode to siblingship, Sarah weaves frustration into static arpeggios and breathes raw emotion into brooding melodies that evolve into ethereal harmonies.
