Satanik When Wet was formed in 2003 just as an excuse to have a few drinks and have fun. I (Wilhelmus) spend nearly all my spare time writing songs as a hobbie and wrote a few tunes aimed at involving my friend Gary whose taste in music is predominately black metal. While I've always liked black metal myself it happened to be a particular style i hadn't tried to emulate before. After plugging away at it for a month or so i had the raw, unrefined sound that we were both looking for and just kept writing on mass for the years that followed. My taste in music is very broad and while this band has been my main focus I do have another couple of projects which now beg attention so, stay tuned I'll be sure to have them up in the next month or so.
