"Brisbane expats Sativa Sun have made Sydney their new home, and Sydney is all the richer for it. Their mug is brimming with psychedelic blues rock with a dollop of Cream, and it is no wonder they were chosen as opener for such bands as The Snowdroppers and The Fumes... Sativa Sun are somewhat heavy, but the groove remains intact. A measured up and down feel that would be perfect mosh pit fodder. At the same time they project a tranquil feel that makes the songs conducive to rock and roll relaxation." - AUS REVIEWS "This dynamic trio really knows how to rock out. Their bluesy licks and lead singer, Joshua Tree Swan’s soaring vocals almost remind me of Zeppelin while Nathan Boaden (Bass Guitar) and Billy Cordiner (Drums) trash out like madmen." - THEORANGEPRESS.NET "Clearly these guys are still stuck in the 1960's, but as far as I'm concerned, that's far from a bad thing!" - DEAF AMBITIONS Thu 23rd Aug YOURS AND OWLS, WOLLONGONG Fri 24th Aug BRIGHTON UP BAR, SYDNEY Sat 25th Aug
