Growing up on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, Savanna Kate was constantly surrounded by a rich and vibrant music scene which she credits for her own passion and motivation for music. Writing journal entries in the form of lyrics, Savanna Kate naturally progressed to songwriting. Taking inspiration from artist Taylor Swift, she quickly taught herself how to play guitar and at age 14 put her lyrics to melodies, avidly writing and singing ever since. Savanna regularly works with Adelaide producer (and ½ of the duo VOE) Tevlo collaborating together; they have released 8 pop indie tracks independently. Savanna is also fresh off a collaboration with Adelaide artist and producer M4Sonic, releasing their song ‘Without Me’ at the end of September 2022 with Adelaide Label Global League. With hints of an EP in the works and a host of new singles to come, 2024 will be a stand out year for this growing and evolving artist.
