SAYAH writes confessional pop tracks that make your mum blush. A singer-songwriter from Sydney with music described as sultry, soulful and emotive. Her dark, lush vocals draw comparisons to BANKS with a touch of FKA Twigs. Yet it's hard to miss the soul and styling of Erykah Badu and Amy Winehouse. She's a trained jazz vocalist and has the ability to play the piano backwards due to hyper-mobile joints. SAYAH's heart-expanding vocals makes you understand why SAYAH sits so comfortably in second gear.
